UU’s Procedures for using MediaSlide

Below are links to several procedures related to using Unite Unite’s MediaSlide management system.

Required billing information

It is VERY Important to have the correct billing information added to each and every booking:

1. Name of Company to be billed including address.

2. Billing Contact, Name, email & phone number.

3. Confirm if Agency commission rate is to be added or included.

4. Note if commissions are not the standard 20% for either Client or Model.

5. Usage time and rate is stated clearly

6. A copy of the clients confirmation email containing all details of the job are copied to the documents section for the job.
